The OverseerFM software has been updated to enable users to view LINZ parcels when mapping a farm. In addition, the ability to apply multiple filters within a benchmarking search, publication reporting or farm groups has been added.

LINZ parcels represent portions of land that are legally defined, many farms consist of multiple LINZ parcels. The addition of this feature has been requested by users, particularly to help with the creation of block maps on drystock farms throughout the country. More information about using LINZ mapping to identify farm or block location can be found here.

Multiple filters have been added to the benchmarking, publication reporting and farm groups. In addition to individual farms wanting to understand how they compare with similar farm systems, many organisations such a milk companies, banks and catchment groups use this filtering to help farms to understand their performance.
