He has a PhD in Environmental Science and extensive experience in research, specialising in modelling physical phenomena that enhance the relevance and realism of our tools.
Andrew Revill PhD
Modeller
Andrew ensures the Overseer model remains realistic and relevant in real-world agricultural contexts. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Ecosystem Modelling and has over 10 years of expertise in greenhouse gas flux simulation and satellite Earth Observation data, playing a pivotal role in the model’s ongoing development.

Warren enhances Overseer’s software to better serve our customers. He transitioned from managing his family farm to earning a Bachelor of Information Technology. Warren brings his passion for innovative technology and experience in developing high-stakes systems for investment banking and government to his work at Overseer.

Rose keeps Overseer running smoothly by managing crucial day-to-day administrative tasks. Her background includes nursing and administration roles in construction, education, and agriculture.   Originally from a farm in Le Bons Bay, Banks Peninsula, Rose also keeps the team well-fed with her exceptional baking skills.
